Steps to Trading on Phoenix 4X?
Before you can start trading on Phoenix4X, you will need to follow the below steps:
1.Firstly, you would need to register on phoenix4x.com
2.Once registered, you would then need to verify your identity to add more funding options. Proof of Identity document – (POI) are as follows:

Please Note: Temporary residence permits or other forms of ID similar are not accepted as proof of identification.
Our guidelines:
It needs to be a government-issued document.
All four corners should be showing, not cropped and must be able to see the full document.
All customers must be aged 18 or over.
The document must still be valid/in date, cannot be expired.
We cannot accept a screenshot from a computer or mobile device.
The document must state your Date of Birth.
Please ensure the document is not password protected.
Any documents that we receive that look irregular or tampered with will be denied.
Clients aged under 18 years old will have their accounts disabled instantly.
1. Once approved, you will then need to add funds to your Phoenix4X Wallet: Click Bitcoin for deposit steps.
2. Create a MetaTrader account: Go to your Phoenix 4X dashboard, select MT4 tab. Tick LIVE to create a Live account – fill in the details
3. Download and login to the Metatrader account: Click for Windows or Android or an Apple (Mac) product.
4. Finally, you just need to move funds from your wallet to your Metatrader account;

How to Register and Verify your Email Address?
Here are the quick and easy steps to register with Phoenix 4X.
Type www.phoenix4x.com This will take you to the main page.
Click the “Login/Traderoom” button in the top right corner.
At the top of the login form, select “Sign up now!”
Complete the short and easy form, have a look through the terms and conditions and if you are happy with them please click Continue at the bottom.
Check your email for an email verification code that was sent by phoenix4x.com; Copy this code and paste this code into the space. Once the code iscorrect, you will be prompted to enter the Phoenix 4X dashboard using the email address and password you provided during the registration process.
How To Complete The KYC Verification Process On Phoenix 4X?
Please ensure that you have the below documents ready when starting the verification process:
A valid Proof of Identity (POI) document(Please Click Here to see the types of ID documents we accept).
Please note: Check the expiry date on the ID document you submit because you will need to go through the KYC verification process again once it expires.

How Do I Create A Live MetaTrader Account?
To open a Phoenix 4X Live trading account, you simply have to visit the Sign-Up page and fill in your details.
You will receive an email to the second stage of the signup process.
When you have completed the sign-up process, you can verify your account or go to the “My Accounts” section, make your first deposit and create your Live Trading Account.

How can I trade on my Mac OS ?
Installations
Download the “. dmg” file and open it.
Once opened drag the IC Markets MetaTrader for Apple Mac file into the applications folder.
Once dragged into the applications folder the installation should start automatically and install Phoenix4x MetaTrader for Apple Mac on your computer.
This option is only for mac running 32 bit OS.
Mac Running 64 bit OS must get a VPS and follow above instructions.

How long does it take to fund my account?
